How Do I Return or Exchange an Item?

Not the right fit, or just changed your mind? Here's how our return process works.

Return window

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in the same condition you received them.

What you're responsible for

• Return shipping costs — you'll cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Original condition — items must be unused and in the same condition they arrived in.

Possible restocking fee

A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply if a returned item is not in original condition or packaging (e.g., missing tags, signs of use). This fee does not apply to defective items or items we shipped in error. If a restocking fee applies to your return, we'll let you know in advance.

How to start a return

1. Use our contact form or email us at support@moleculemoto.com with:
   • Your order number
   • The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
   • Reason for the return (helps us process it faster)
2. We'll confirm next steps and provide return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
4. Ship it back using a trackable method — we recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is confirmed received.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, this isn't treated as a standard return — reach out to us right away so we can make it right without charging return shipping or a restocking fee.

Warranty vs. return

If it's been longer than 30 days and your product failed during normal use, this may fall under our 1-year repair/replacement warranty instead of a return. See our warranty article for details on filing a warranty claim.
